Job description

Sales Executive ANZ will focus on managing the end-to-end sales processes and the pipelines, developing key accounts, and driving growth and expansion to our customer base in Australia and New Zealand.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to

  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and demos with prospects and accounts all the way to securing new customers in the ANZ market<
  • Be the voice of the customer, engage or support the leads in presenting the solution to decision-makers, understand their needs, and make them industry-runners
  • Identify the pain points and provide solutions from our range of products and services, act as the consultant of the future digital cemetery management
  • Prospect new leads through cold calls and emails and qualify them
  • Develop, test, and continuously improve email sequences and sales call scripts
  • Lead the deals management: build, optimise, and move leads through the sales pipeline
  • Organise and maintain our CRM for regular sales activity reports and forecasts
  • Advise the marketing department on customer decision journeys based on the different personas of our market so they can support sales team effectively
  • Encourage client feedback to support product development
  • Actively participate in exhibitions, conferences, and webinars in order to broaden the channels for business development and ensure full exposure to the targeted clients
  • Develop and implement quarterly business plans with weekly forecasting/pipeline management

Minimum requirements

  • 5-7 years of proven professional records in B2B or B2G sales in a digital/SaaS space. Sales experience in the Australian markets is a plus
  • Business-proficient in spoken and written English is a must
  • Experienced in CRM and comfortable in navigating yourself to learn a new one if needed
  • Adopted curious and excited mindset in discovery calls
  • Experienced in presenting product demos via video meetings
  • Excellent active listening skills, quick to identify clients’ pain points
  • Creative and proactive approaches to reach out, build rapport and tailor our solutions and services to meet clients’ needs
  • Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Willing to possibly work respecting different time zones in ANZ
  • Willing to relocate to Bali
