What Our Customers Have to Say

“The time-saving aspect is incredible. Chronicle’s professional look makes a huge difference. We received lots of inquiries. It used to take an hour each time. Now it’s down to 10 minutes. The result of the inquiry is so much more polished, with a lovely headstone photo, the grave location, the URL, and they can walk to the grave on their own. People are impressed.”

“It’s 100% worthwhile doing and rewarding. Chronicle takes a lot of headache out of it for us. The team has also been very easy to work with, making the process easier. I would certainly recommend it to others considering going down the similar track.”

"Chronicle software is easy to use. It's not a complicated system that makes it hard to show to other people. Once it's set up, you'll be able to get all information you want to get. I think the benefit of the software is actually giving more benefits along the way.”

We have prepared an article to answer all concerns about data safety and how Chronicle as a cloud-based cemetery software can ensure that we highly prioritise data privacy and security. You can read it here.

All of your data will be stored on our servers hosted in Sydney by Google Cloud. You remain the owner (copyright) holder of all data. All cemetery records can be downloaded by you at any time as Excel files directly from within the Chronicle software.

Should you need to have a backup or move your data from Chronicle, we can prepare all your files and give them to you in standard formats that you can use elsewhere. You won’t lose any of your data.

We have a webinar with Sandy Paterson, Business Intelligence Manager from Murray River Council on the topic of choosing between in-house vs external IT solutions, you can access the webinar recording here.
