Chronicle is an easy-to-use, cloud-based cemetery management software, that combines high-quality plot mapping with deceased records to create an immersive user experience. One of the reason why our customers love Chronicle is because Chronicle was founded by professional surveyors, meaning we will prioritise creating an accurate link between the digital record and the true burial space through incorporating high-quality aerial drone mapping, ensuring that we create accurate an accurate and beautiful digital mirror of our cemeteries. Our goal is to enhance community engagement with their cemeteries while helping to maintain accurate cemetery records. Our user-friendly daily management tools combined with interactive mapping technology allow the public to find their loved ones, reserve a plot for future use and create digital memorials for the departed.
As of July 2022, Chronicle works with 200 cemeteries around the world, and we have been trusted by 30+ (and counting) Victorian cemeteries to help them digitise and maintain their cemetery records online, making cemetery management a lot easier, faster, better, and safer.
Yesterday, August 7th was Chronicle’s anniversary. Looking back to our first customer – Macedon Cemetery in Victoria Australia, where Matt (Chronicle’s Founder and CEO) personally did the mapping. Then from a small company handling 1-2 cemeteries, we have grown to now have 200 cemeteries and 20+ people in our team. During those years, we have launched several huge features and updates such as:
and our latest feature: Life Chronicle – where families and friends can post a Life Chronicle story of their loved one, that is directly linked to their final resting place, so whether we are visiting in person or online, we can always celebrate their life. With this new feature, we also want to contribute to the cemetery by profit sharing where 40% of all proceeds of Life Chronicle goes to the cemetery as our way to help cemeteries maintain the resting place of our loved ones.
We are one step closer to our vision by living our mission each and every day as we are growing as a company, a team, and a person, with each innovation, growth, and societal impact that we contribute.
